The Ohio FAFSA Data Service provides tools and resources designed to help school leaders, counselors, and designated partners assist students in completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

The service hosts the Ohio FAFSA Student Data Portal a platform with secure access to student-level FAFSA completion status, the Ohio FAFSA Completion Dashboard which offers monthly updates on local district completions, rankings, and the state’s completion percentage, the Ohio FAFSA By The Numbers providing access to public submission and completion data for districts, counties, and schools, and access to the FAFSA Hub, a site sponsored by the Ohio Department of Higher Education containing resources for counselors, students, and parents.

District/School superintendents must request access to the FAFSA Data Service to view student-level data. Access is granted after the district or school completes the FAFSA Data Access and Security Agreement (click for sample preview) with the Ohio Department of Higher Education.
